We hope you’ve returned home safely and are settling back into your routines after your travels. It was a true pleasure welcoming you to Songdo for ICSV31, and we sincerely thank you for your participation.

We would like to remind you that if you wish to submit a revised version of your full paper, you may do so through the official paper submission system at www.icsv31.org.

Please note:

  • Final submission deadline: July 31, 2025 (Anywhere on Earth)

  • No extensions will be granted beyond this date.

  • The updated proceedings will be made available by mid-August.

The International Institute of Acoustics and Vibration (IIAV) and the Korean Society for Noise and Vibration Engineering (KSNVE) are pleased to invite scientists and engineers from all over the world to attend the 31st International Congress on Sound and Vibration (ICSV31) to be held in Incheon, 6-11 July 2025. This congress stands as a leading event for scientists and engineers worldwide to come together and share their latest research, ideas and applications in the fields of acoustics and vibration. The congress will feature a broad range of high-level technical papers from across the world: distinguished plenary lecturers will present recent advancements and future prospects in important topics of sound and vibration.

As the major gateway to the Republic of Korea, Incheon is a dynamic and vibrant city known for its rich history, modern developments and bustling port. Incheon will offer a unique blend of traditional Korean culture and contemporary urban living. From its historic sites and cultural landmarks to its scenic waterfront areas and lively markets, everyone will enjoy Incheon. The conference venue is conveniently located near the Incheon/Seoul airport which provides easy access to Korea from all over the world.
